Do you do painting commissions?
At the moment, I am focused on creating a new body of work so I'm not able to take commissions.
When new art commissions become available, I send out the first offer to my newsletter subscribers. Commissions are on a first come first serve basis, and the amount I do per year is limited.

International shipments might incur a customs and import charge at the border of your country. After Brexit, this also counts for Europe I'm afraid!

It is impossible for me to know exactly how much this charge will be as it is different for each country, each product, and the rules change frequently. Usually it is between 6% and 18% of the total value of your shipment.

When will I receive my artwork?
Delivery times depend on your location:
UK: 5 - 7 business days (usually quicker!)
EU: 1 - 2 weeks
Rest of the world: 2 - 3 weeks

International shipments (including those to the European Union) may be held up at customs, the duration of this is out of my control. Also shipping may be delayed due to the effects of Covid-19.

Is the artwork insured while on it’s way to me?
Yes, both original artworks and fine art prints are fully insured against loss or damage while in transit.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, please let me know as soon as possible. If I haven’t shipped your order yet, I will give you a full refund.
If I have already shipped your order, I ask you to return the work to me. I will give you a full refund when I receive the work in its original condition.

What is your Return Policy?
If you are not happy with the artwork, you can return it to me within 14 days of receipt. I will give you a full refund when I receive the artwork in its original condition. Costs and responsibility for the return shipment will be at the customer’s expense.
Fine Art Prints
What is a giclée print?
The term giclée (“zhee-clay”) refers to a high-resolution printing method which uses fine pigment inks onto archival fine art paper. Giclée is currently the best method for producing highly accurate artwork reproductions - it is as close as you can get to the original painting! In contrast to the more standard digital prints, a giclee print is guaranteed to last for 75 years without fading.

Are the giclée prints limited or open editions?

My giclée prints of bird paintings are open editions, meaning there is no limit on the amount of prints that are produced. They are individually signed by me and include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Does my print include a frame?
I offer my prints mounted but not framed. The print comes securely wrapped, but for the best longevity I recommend getting it framed after you receive it.
